Grape Seed Extract
Even though it is a "natural" product, grape seed extract can cause side effects. Some of the most commonly reported side effects include:

Theoretically, grape seed extract may interact with a few medications (see Grape Seed Extract Drug Interactions).
Grape seed extract seems to be relatively safe for many people, especially when used in moderation. However, some people may be more likely to experience problems than others. Therefore, you should talk with your healthcare provider prior to taking this product medicinally if you:
- Have a bleeding disorder
- Have any chronic or severe medical condition
- Have any allergies, including allergies to foods, dyes, or preservatives.

Make sure to tell your healthcare provider about all other medicines you are taking, including prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
