Final Thoughts on the Effectiveness of Grape Seed Extract
There is little evidence to show that grape seed extract really works for most uses. However, early research indicates that it may be effective for circulation problems in the legs and for reducing eye stress due to glare. Some of the claims about the health benefits of grape seed extract should be viewed with skepticism (or at the very least, with caution) until more research is available.
