Macugen
An overdose of Macugen is unlikely, since it is injected by your healthcare provider and an entire vial contains just one dose.
If you do not receive a Macugen injection as scheduled, contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible to schedule your injection.
Each vial of Macugen contains 0.3 mg of medication, just enough for one dose (for one eye).
Currently, there are no generic versions of Macugen licensed for sale (see Generic Macugen).
