PreserVision and Breastfeeding

No studies have been conducted on whether it is safe for breastfeeding women to take PreserVision. Breastfeeding women should not use the medicine for vitamin or mineral supplementation because PreserVision does not contain any vitamins and minerals that are important for them. There is little reason for young women to take PreserVision because it is used to treat macular degeneration (a condition primarily affecting the elderly).
